Bennett and Julia E. Bennett of the West e feet of the Ne :vC,, `.'Southeast Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 2 I±orth, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be kept open as a public street or highway, and, WHEREAS, it was contemplated that the owners, Harry Worley and wife, would also dedicate to the city the East 20 i 1 f Feet of the mast half of the Southwest Quarter of the North - c: west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township T µ� 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, but which 0 property .: the said Harry Worley and wife failed to dedicate or convey as contemplated, and, WHEREAS,, no part of said property has ever been open- . ed or used by the City or the public, and, WHEREAS, the said H. M. Bennett and Julia E. Bennett, his wife, have requested the city to revoke the acceptance of said dedication and to re- convey to them such interest as the city may have in said property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O tDA-'1IvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the dedication by the said owners, �. H. M. Bennett and Julia E. Bennett, to said described prop- erty and the acceptance thereof by the City of Little Rock in said Ordinance No. 3671 of October 27, 1924, be, and the same is hereby revoked, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to quitclaim said property to H. 14.
