NOVEMBER 1, 1939, AND PAYING AGENTS CHARMES THEREON; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the sum of $109,917-50 be and the same is hereby

the Chase National Bank, New York City:

Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrange -
meats as are necessary for the transmittal of these funds to the Chase

and after its passage and approval.
