amend ordinance #5420, known as the Zoning Ordinance,
and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ?

Section 1. That from and after the passage and approval
of this ordinance the property located at 312# *roh Street
and more particularly described as follows:
Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) , Block 8,
Ebend4lets Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski, County, Arkansas
now zoned and classified as"B", One Family District shall
be re -zoned and reclassified to District "C ", or Two -
family District in order to permit the erection of build-
ings and the use of such property for that purpose.
Section 2. The City Council finds as a matter of fact that
all necessary steps prerequisite to the amendment of the
zoning ordinance have been complied with.
Section 3. Since this ordinance is necessary to the uni-
form operation of the zoning ordinance, an ..emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
