AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $33,118.69 FROM THE
MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $33,115.69 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Municipal Auditorium
Fund of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the follow-
ing bills:
Gunn Distributing Co. $ 69.40
I. K. Electric Co. 2,229.17
Oklahoma Theatre Supply Co. 1,903.96
William Peterson 25'03.57
Twin City scenic Co. 1,5 2.59
Wittenberg & Delony and
Eugene J. Stern, Inc. 2,000-00
$33;118.69
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mention-
ed, said warrants being drawn against the Municipal Auditorium
Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
