AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTIhTG THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS FOR AND TO PUR-
CHASE ONE TRUCK FOR THE MUNICIPAL ZOO OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
WHICH TRUCK JOB IS SUITABLE FOR USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK MMTICIPAL
ZOO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the Board of Public Affairs are

hereby authorized and directed to advertise for and receive bids
for and to purchase one truck for the Municipal Zoo of the City
of Little Rock, said truck to be suitable for use at the Zoo.
SECTION 2. yrr1EREAS; the said truck is necessary for the main-
tenance of the Municipal Zoo and said Zoo is in immediate need of
antruck and an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this truck
is found to be necessary for the mediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and the same shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
