BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCKS, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1: The Mayor and,Board of Public Affairs are here-
by authorized to advertise for and receive bids for and to purchase

the following materials and services:
(1) Five (5) radio sets to be used in police squad cars.
(2) Repairing. --and re- finishing of City Library floors.

(3) The purchase of light poles.
(4) The installation of Four (4) cell blocks in the City
Jail.
i
(5) Furniture and filing equipment for the traffic bureau.
SECTION 2:. WHEREAS; the above materials and services are
r
vitally necessary to the City of Little Rock in the protection and
t preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, an emergency
i
is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
