$239720.10 .OUT OF THE AWITORIUH C ONSTRUCTION FUND TO
THE CREDIT OF THE GENERAL REVENUE FUND AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK ARKA SAS :
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Auditorium Construction Fund to the credit of the
General aevenue Z and the sum of "23,720.10 to repay the
General Revenue Fund for interest during the construction
period of the Joseph Taylor Robinson %: emorial Auditorium.
Section 2. Since this ordinance is necessary to the
obtaining of the antidipated grant of moneys from the
United States, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance is found to be necessary to the
preservation of the public peace,heilth, and safety
and this ordinance shays be in full force and effect
-m and aftter it passage and approval.
