ORDINANCE No. 5859,
AN ORDINANCE CANTING PERMISSION TO EDITH H. CRAiWFORD,
DOING BUSINESS AS CASH OIL COMPANY, TO CONSTRUCT A
BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE AND TO
MAKE CERTAIN CURB CUTS AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
FOURTH AND BROADWAY STREETS: AND FOR OTHEEt PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Edith H. Crawford, doing business as Cash
Oil Company, is hereby granted permission to construct a the stucco -
'meta l building adjacent to or near the north property line at the 4 r

Northeast corner of Fourth and Broadway Streets, the same being Lot
Six (6). Block One Hundred and Three (103) of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas,, known as 323 Broadway Street.
SECTION 2. That Edith H. Crawford, doing business as Cash
Oil Company, is hereby granted permission to make certain curb cuts '
at said location as follows:

(a) Beginning at a pointAwelve (12) feet north
of the Northeast Corner of the intersection of Fourth
and Broadway Streets; thence running north on Broadway
Street fifty (50) feet; said out being adjacent to the
West property line of Lot Six (6). Block One Hundred
and Three (103) of the City of Little Rock;
(b) Beginning at a point of the curb thirteen
(13) feet east of the Northeast Corner of the inter-
section of Fourth and Broadway Streets • thence running
east on West Fourth Street Forty -five (45) feet; said
out being adjacent to the property line of Lot Six (6) ,
Block One Hundred and Three (103) of the City of Little
Rock; and,
(c) Beginning at a point of the curb adjacent to
the Southeast Corner of the property 14*e on rest Fourth
Street (commencing at alley) thence running west Forty -
five (45) feet on West Fourth Street; said out being
adjacent to the property line of Lot Sig (6) , Block One
Hundred arri Three (103) of the City of Little Rock;
all according to the plane and specifications now on file in the office
of the city engineer of the City of Little Rock, said building and

SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances, inso-
