Starting at the Southeast Corner of Lot 10, Block 18 of Worthen and Brovin0s
Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence South G90 151 I'lest 51.4 feet to a point
on tangent of survey Job 1Vo. 6257, es surveyed by the Arkansas Highway Commission,
said point designated as P.I. Station 16+ 71.€3; thence South 620 151 Xest 1071.8 feet
to Station G+ 00, for a point of beginning.
Beginning at Station 6+ 00 the above described point; thence North 620 15t East
885.5 feet to Station 14+ 85.5; thence along an 8 degree curve right 3x,4.6 feet to
Station 18+ 50.1; thence South 880 351 East 49.9 feet to Station 19+ 00, the end of
this description.

its passage and publication.
