5867ORDINANCE N0. _ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR REMOVAL OF VIEW OBSTRUCTIONS AT INTERSECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR THE HEIGHT AND SIZE OF PLANTS AND SIGNS AND DISTANCE FROM INTERSECTION. ffi IT,ORDANNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful to place, erect, or plant #hrubs,, buahea, ;trees or any, . ot�re ' obstruction between the curb and property line within twenty -five (25) feet of the approach to any intersection of streets from any direction in the City of Little Rock, which when placed, erected, or planted shall at no time be or grow over,three (3) feet in height, when such obstructions obstruct the view of the driver of motor vehicles when he or she cannot see clearly to the fight or left for a distance of not less than 75 feet on the approached street at the property line, and no filling station shall place or erect signs in the driveway of such filling stations so as.to obstruct the view of vehicles approaching an intersection of streets. SECTION 2. Such obstructions that are now there, if not removed after due notice by the Chief of Police, shall be removed by order of 'the Chief of Police and failure to remove such obstructions, the -owner or leesee shall be arrested and fined in any sum not less than'$5.00 nor more than $10.00 for the first offense nor mora than $25 for the second and each subsequent offense. SECTION 3.
