ORDINANCE NO. 5903•
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IkTROVEMENT DISTRICT NO._ OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCKS ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more
than two- thirds in assessed value of the property located
within the territory hereinafter described have filed a pe-
tition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purpose hereinafter set out; and
WHEREBS, after due notica as required by law, the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard
all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that
said petition was aigned by more than two- thirds in assess-
ed value of the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property:
Lots 7, 8, 9,10,11, and 12 of Blocks 5 and 6
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Blocks 7, 8, and 9
All in Sam W.Welch Addition to tho City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lots 8,9,10,11,12,13, and 14 of Block 2
All in Elm Stree-'U- Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lots 9,10,11,12,13,14,15, and 16 of Block 2
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 3
All in Neimeyer Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
for the purpose of grading, 'draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving, in such a manner and with such materials as the com-
missioners to be elected for.the said improvement district
shall deem to be for the best interest of said district, the
following part of the following street in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
West 22nd Street from the West property line
of Cedar Street to the East property line of
Peyton Street,
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received
from any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed

and charged upon the real property above described.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement

shall compose the Board of Improvement for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
