AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EMPLOY A SPECIAL AUDITOR,
FIXING THE FEE TO BE PAID TO SAID SPECIAL AUDITOR AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The mayor is hereby authorized to employ
a special auditor to audit the records and calculate the
amounts due the City of Little Rock for taxes collected or
received by Pulaski County or its officials and not credited
to the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The mayor is authorized to pay to said
special auditor a fee to be contingent upon the recovery of
amounts due the City of Little Rock, said fee not to be in
excess of 25% of the amount recovered =and not to exceed a
total of Twenty -five hundred dollars ($2500.00)
