AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF
THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVEED BY EACH
OF THE LOTS IN STREET IMPROVE MM
DISTRICT NO. 534 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a majority of more than two- thirds in value
of the property holders owning property adjoining the locality
p be affected and situated in Street I4provemeiat District No.

334 of the City of Little Rock, Arkensss, organized for the pur-
pose of improving c,,' certain streets as therein set out have
petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock for the con-
struction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall
be assessed upon the real property of said district according
to benefits received; and,
WHEREAS, said benefits to be received by each and every
lot of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds
the 10081 assessment.thereon; and
AREAS: the estimated cost of said improvement is
THI�ftEFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The said several lots of real property in
said district be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office
of the City Clerk, and that ten percent (10 %) of the assessment
on each of said lots skall be paid annually on or before the
1st day of August of each year, beginning with August 1, 19400
until the whole of said local assessment of benefits shall be
pafd:
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and the ordinance
shall be in full force, and effect from and after its passage.
