AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $545.00 TO PAY
A JUDGMENT RENDERED A. IT. FEIT= AGA114S T
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, JUNE 119 1940, IN
THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
general revenue fund of the City of Little Rock the sum
of $545.00 to pay a certain judgment in that amount ob-
tained by A. M. Fewell against the City of Little Rock in
the Pulaski Circuit Court, June 11, 1940.
Section.2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute and deliver to A. M.
Fewell a city warrant against the general revenue fund of
the City of Little Rock in the sum of $545.00
Section 3. Whereas, the said court judgment is a valid
claim against the City of Little Rock for which execution may
issue, and it will benefit the public peace, health and
safety of the citizenship of Little Rock to pay said judgment,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and all ordinances
and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby

repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in f ores
from and after its passage and approval.
