AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 01, 000.00 FROM THE
11'UNICIPAL AUDITURIU14 FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FUR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $1,000.00 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the iuunicipal Auditorium
Fund of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the
following bill:
William Peterson 01,00O.OU
and the Mayor and the City Clerk a re hereby authorized to
issue the City's warrant to the party named, in the amount
mentioned, said warrant being drawn against the kunicipal
Auditorium Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall tai :e effect and -be in force from and
after its passage.
