AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5779; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Seotiou 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5779 of the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"That from and after the passage and approval of this
ordinance any person operating a vehicle and sounding
the horn or bell on same at any place where cold drinks
and /or sandwibobes are served, after nine (9) o'clock
P.M., at any place in the City of Little Rock, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be fined in any sum not less than two ($2.00) dollars
nor more than five ($5.00) dollars."
Section 2. Whereas, this ordinance Is necessary to prevent the
disturbance of the citizens of the uIty, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be
in full fore and effect from and after its passage
and approval*
