AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 538is
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS., Parties claiming to be more than a two - thirds
majority in value as shown by the last county assessment of the
property located within the territory hereinafter deseti a
have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be
established for the purpose hereafter set out;
'WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard
all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by more than a two- thirds majority in value,
as shown by the last county assessment, of the owners of real
property situated within said territory;
Novi, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: '
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement

district embracing the following property in the City of Little
IRock:
Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12),
Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14), Block Twenty-
seven (27), Newton's Addition to the City of
Little Rock.

for the purpose of grading, curbing, guttering and hard - surfacing

the said District, to be hereinafter appointed, shall deem for

Street to the West line of Lot A, Shadowlawn
Addition, extended North.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement
District Number 538 of Little Rock, Arkansas; and
