AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING# PROPERTY KNOW AS
LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12), IN BLOCK ONE (1), WEST
ROCK ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK , ARKANSAS:

(11) and Twelve (12), in Block One (1), West Rook Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as Residential "B" District property, under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re -zoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in the
'i Light Industrial "I" District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
.SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Flop thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and re- zoning of said
Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), in Block one (1), West
Rock Addition as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the Light

Industrial "I" District.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined and
it is hereby declared that all the pre- requisites to the
passage of this ordinance have been complied with in connection
herewith, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in (ores
