BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Suction 1. That portion of Ordinance No. 59319 Section
1, fixing the salaries of the police department shall be and
it is hereby amended to read as to the sergeants and first
year patrolmen as follows:
POLICE DEPARTMENT

Sergeants $142.50
4 First Year Patrolmen 112.00
All other first year patrolmen-
Employed since May 10 1940 95.00
suet ioh 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances i4:4 dbnfliet
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Due to an error made in the listing of several
members of the Police Department, this ordinance is necessary
as a correction and all such salaries affected by such change
shall be made in accordance with Section 2 of Ordinance No. 5931.
