AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PAVAENT OF $542050.00
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR TIE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT WHICH SAID SUM HAS EMRETQWS BEEN APPROPRIATED
BY ORDINANCE NO.�2.
BE IT OEDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. WHEREAS, there has heretofore been appropti ed
the sum of Fifty Four Thousand Fifty and no /100 ($54.,OW.00)
out of the Airport Construction Fund for the purchase of
certain real property constituting an addition to the Little
Rock Municipal Airport, and the City of Little Rock has
entered into contracts to purchase said lands as described in
Ordinance No.- --5942 ,
NOW THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby directed to pay to Emily Boyle Bourne out of said
funds so appropriated the sum of $30,290.00 upon delivery of
a proper deed and satisfactory proof of title to the following
described property:
101.15 acres more or less, bordering on Fourche
Dam Pike and Airport Pike, lying immediately
South, East and Southeast of the Pikes known as the
Bourne Farm, being legally described as all the
'Jest Half of the Southillest quarter of Section
Seven (7), and all the East half (E2) of the
Southeast quarter (SE4) of Section Twelve (12)
Township One (1) North (N), Range Twelve (12)
West (W), lying south of the paved highway
except a right of way taking off a small strip
in the Southeest (SW) corner of the East Half (E2)
of the Southeast quarter (SE4).
And the Mayor and City Clerk are directed
to pay to J. A. Connelly and Irene Connelly out of said funds so
appropriated the sum of 416,490.00 upon delivery of a proper deed
and satisfactory proof of title to the following described property:
Part of the East one —half (E2) South 'Nest Quarter.
(SRf4) Section Seven (7) Tompship One (1) North (N)
Range Eleven West (R 11 W) Pulaski County, more
particularly describe: as follows: Beginf -��e�

on the South line of said Section Severn (7) at a
point 704.57 feet West of the South East corner of
said Southwest quarter (SW-41) thence '!'Test 535.43
feet; thence north 2640 feet; to the North line of
said Southwest quarter; thence East 535.43 feet to
a point which is 704.57 feet west of the Northeast
corner_of" aid.Southwest quarter (S Wj) ; thence
South 2640 feet to the' point of beginning containing
32.35 acres more or.less.
And the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to.pay to Horace
Chamberlin out of said funds so appropriated the sum of $7,240.00
upon delivery of a proper deed and satisfactory proof of title to.
the following described property:
Be in at a point on the "outh line of the East Half
( ) Southwest quarter (SW4) Section Seven (7)
Township One North (Twp 1 N ) Range eleven West
(R 11 W), 394.57 feet west of the Southeast
Corner of said East half; Thence West along said
South line 310 feet; thence North 2640 feet to
the North line of said Southwest quarter (SW4);
thence East along said North line 310 feet; and
thence South 2640 feet to the point of beginning
on the south line of said East half (EI) Southwest
quarter (SW4) containing 18.78 acres more or less.
And the Mayor and City 6lerk are directed to pay to the City
Collector the sum of X30.00 put of the said funds so appropriated
to repay a similar sum which was advanced to secure the options
on each of the three tracts of land above mentioned.
Section 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
inmdl"telq upon and after its passage and approval.
