ARLIORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. i;4 OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, VUANSAS

WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hepnaf'ter "3ee``, nave f'ec a petition praglisg
that an improvement district be established for the purpose here-
inafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all par-
ties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition
was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following described property:
Lots 5,6,7, and 8 of Block 4
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 5
Lots 7, 8, 9,10,11, and 12 of Blocks 19 and 20
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Blocks 17 and 18
All in R.C.Butler's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. ,
Lots 7, 8, 9,10,11, and 12 of Blocks 1 and 2
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Blocks 3 and 4
All in West Mill Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lots 7,8,9,10,11, and 12 of Block 1
Lot s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, , and 6 of Block 2
All in 8insworthy and Henderson Subdivision -`
of .Lots 1 and 8, Block 3, in Hyde Park Addition

for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
pavIIgs in such a manner and with such materials as the Cam. h

shall deem to be for the best interest of said district, the
following part of the following street in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, towit:
West 25th Street from the West property line
of Cedar Street to the East property line of
Adams Street, sometimes known as Beech*
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received

and charged upon the real property above described.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District No. 5441 and W.M.Fletcher , G.W. Mahan ,
and I. C. Harriman are hereby named commissioners Who
shall compose the Board of Improvement for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effedt and be
in force from and after its passage.
