ORDINANCE NO. 5992
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO EMPLOY AN ASSISTANT TO THE SURVEYOR, SUCH ASSISTANT
BEING COMMONLY KNOWN AS A TRANSIT MAN; TO PAY FOR THE
SERVICES OF SAID TRANSIT MAN OUT OF THE AIRPORT CON-
STRUCTION FUND; FIXING SALARY FOR SAME; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSZS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to employ an assistant to the surveyor, such assistant
being commonly known as a transit man, at a salary not to exceed
0175.00 per month, and to pay for the services of said transit
man out of the Airport Construction Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
