AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF
THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY EACH
OF THE LOTS IN STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 543 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

to be affected and situated in gtreet Improvement District No.
543 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the pur-
pose of improving certain streets as herein set out have petitioned
the Council of the City of Little Rock for the construction of
said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed
upon the real property of said district according to the benefits
received; and,
WHEREAS, said benefits to be received by each and every
lot of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds
the local assessment thereon; and
REA3, the estimated cost of said improvement is
$2,700.00.
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The seid several lots of real property in
said district be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office
of the City Clerk, and that twenty per eentum (20 %) of the assess -

Section 8. That all ordinances and parts of ordinan"s.
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and the ordinance shall
be in force and effect from and after its passage.
