CLOSING OF THE ALLEY RUNNING THROUGH BLOCK 13
OF PULASKI
HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed more than ten days ago in the

office of the City Clerk by all of the property owners in Block 13.,
Pulaski Heights addition to the City of Little Rock., Pulaski County.,
as., stating that the alley through said block has never been"used

and it is found hereby that said petition signed by Sovim owners

whole of said block., and that it is desirable and necessary to close Said
alley; NUN THEREFOR,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the petition praying for the closing of the
alley running through Block 13 of Pulaski Heights addition to the City of
Little Rdck2 Pulaski County., Arkansas., be and it is granted hereby., and
the whole of said alley is vacated and closed., cancelling and rescinding
the rights of the general public and the property lines on both sides of
said alley are hereby extended to the cents the �ock.
