PROPERTY I1 PULASKI COUNTY, ARK & SAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The I sum of Thirty -nine hundred fifty Dcll.ars
i ($5950.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Airport Construction i

Fund to be paid to '.Y. H. Loflin in full payment of all damages which
he may incur or suffer by reason of the construction and extension

of the Little Rock Municipal Airport as a result of damages to crops
i
on the following described real property, to -wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 1 North, Range 11
West, and of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section
12, Township 1 North, Range 12 � "pest, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the South line of said Section 7, which is 1240 feet
y'test of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter thereof; thence
hest 1208.60 feet to the Southwest corner of said Section 7; thence
North along the Township Line between Townships 11 and 12 West to the
Southeast corner of above mentioned Section 12; thence 'Nest along the
South line of said Section 12 to,a point on the East right -of -way line
