AN ORDINANCE AUT70RIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND EMPLOY AN ARCHITECT TO DRAW PLANS
AND SUPERVISE REMODELING OF THE FIRE STATION AT PROSPECT
AND BEECH STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public
Affairs is hereby authorized to advertise for bids and
to hold some appropriate examination based thereon to
employ an architect; said architect shall prepare plans .
and specifications for and supervise the remodeling of
the fire station at Prospect and Beech Streets in the
City of Little Rock.
Section 2• This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
