AN ORDI NAN CE APPROPRIATING FIVE HUNDRED ($500-00) DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE LITTLE
ROCK MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM FOR THE IuIONTH OF SEPTEMBER, 1940;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
14E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock. Arkansas, the sum of
Five Hundred and No /100 ($500.00) Dollars to be applied as
operating expenses of the Little Rock Municipal Auditorium for
the Month of September, 1940.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in the
amount of Five Hundred Dollars, drawn on the General Fund of
the City, payable to the Little Rock Iunicipal Auditorium
Commission.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
