ORDINANCE NO. 6011.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 547 OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE'ROCg, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying
that an improvement district be established for the purpose here-
inafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all par-
ties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition
was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory;
lUOI THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Book, krkcnsas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following described property:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Blocks 1 and 4
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of Block 5
Lots 1,2,3,10,11, and 12 of Blankinship *s
Subdivision of Block 8 .
All in Glendale Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lots 10 to 15, inclusive, of Blocks 1,2,3, and 4
All in Pinehurst Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving, in such a manner and with such materials as the con -
missioners to be elected for the said improvement district shall
deem to be for the best interest of said district, the following
part of the following street in the City of Little flock, Arkansas,
to-wit:
Rose Street from the south property line of
Lee Avenue to the north property line of
Markham Street.

and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received
from any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed
and charged upon the real property above described.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement

and are hereby named commissioners, who
shall compose the Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
