AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF SEMI - ANNUAL INTEREST
ON CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM BONDS; LIBRARY
ANNEX BONDS; AND NEGRO RECREATION PARK BONDS, ISSUES OF FEBRUARY
1ST, 1937; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Municipal Auditorium Bond Fund the sum of Nine Thousand One
Hundred and Eighty -two Dollars and 90 /100 ( $9.,182.90) Dollars
for the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due
and payable at the office of The Chase National Bank of New
York City on February is t , 1941:
Semi - annual interest at 4% per annum
on $458,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 11 to 468, inclusive (Coupons Nos. s)....$9,1 -60.00
Commission for paying-coupons due February

SECTION '2. There is hereby appropriated out. of the
Library Annex Bond Fund the sum of Four Hundred ' and Seventy-five
and N01100 ($475.00) Dollars for the follonld.ng indebtedness of
the City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of The
Chase National Bank of New York City on February 1st, 1941:
Semi - annual interest at 4% per annum -
on $23,500-00 outstanding bonds

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Negro Park Bond Fund the sum of Two Hundred and Eighty -five and
N01100 ($285.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the
City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of The Chase
National Bank of New York City on February 1st, 1041:
Semi - annual Interest" at 4% per annum on
$14,000.00 outstanding; bonds (Coupons No. 8)....$290.00

SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants
for the amounts and on the funds of the City herein recited;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrange -
