AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN HOUSES

AND FOR :OTHER PURPOSE'S.
WHEREAS, advertisement has been had for bids on the
sale of 23 houses located on lands recently acquired by
the City in the development of Adams Field ( Little Rook
Municipal Airport) : and
`'WHEREAS, it
as been determined by the Airport Committee
of the City Council that it is advisable to sell 18 of said
houses to the highest bidders upon said bids submitted; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the
City of Little Rock,Arkansas is hereby authorized to sell
to the highest and best bidders on bids submitted a total
of eighteen houses of the twenty -three previously advertised
for sale.
