AN ORDINANCE REOLASSIFYINd PROPERTY KNOWN AS
LOTS ONE (1) , T10 (2) AND THREE (3)s IN BLOCK T*0 (2)a
PARK ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That property known as Lots One (1),
Two (2) and Three t3), in Block Two (Q), Park Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, heretofore classified
and zoned as Residential NCO Two- family District property,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 , is hereby
re -zoned and reclassified and the ease is hereby declared
to be in the Business "H" District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and re- zoning of said
lots One W# Two (2) and Three (3).- in Block Two (2)p Park
Addition as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the Business
"NN District.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined at a
public hearing held on March 3rd, 1941, and it is hereby
declared that all the pre- requisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
&*4 of ter its passage and approval.
