AN ORDINANCE GRAS ?TING PERMISSI0N TO RUTH HICKMAN TO CONSTRUCT
A TWO APARTMENT - GARAGE UNIT ON THE REAR OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1025 NORTH PALM STREET; AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

at 1025 North Palm Street described as Lot Seventeen (17), in
Block Nine (9), Hillcrest Addition, is hereby granted permission
to construct on the rear of said property a Two Apartment- Garage
unit, and the City Enp-,ineer of the City of Little Rock is hereby
authorized and directed to issue'a building permit for said
construction.
Section 2, That Ordinance No. 5420,
known as the Zoning
Ordinance, of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby
amended to permit said construction,
Section 3. That the Council has determined at a public hearing
held on March �dl 1941 and it is hereby declared that all the pre -
requisites to the passage of this ordinance haw been complied with in
connection herewith, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after itfi passage and approval.
