AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS ($1935.00) IN PAYMENT OF RUSSELL BROWN AND
COMPANY, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO ISSUE THE
WARRANT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY %HE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

funds of the City of Little Rock
and Company in the manner provid
a bill in said amount heretofore
appropriated the sum of
($1935.00) out of the general -
to be paid to Russell Brown
ed by law in full payment in
rendered by Russell Brown for
services performed on behalf of the City during 1940 including
the annual audit made as of December 31, 1940, which services
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City of Little
Rock.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the warrant of the City of Little Rook to Russell Brown
and Company in the amount mentioned above in full payment of the
services covered by said bill and described above.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its approval.
