ORDINANCE NO. 6127•
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF-PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN MATERIALS NEEDED IN THE OPERATION OF.THE ASPHALT PLANT
CONSISTING OF 10,000 GALLONS OF LIQUID ASPHALT AND 1,000 TONS
OF NO..# CRUSHER RUN STONE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids and make purchase of the
following items:
10,000 Gallons Asphalt, Specifications to be prepared
by the City Engineer is to cost approximately $650.00.
1,000 Tons +3 CrusherRun Stone at the approximate
price of $1350 o00�;
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
