AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC MRKS,
PMVIDING THE SALARY OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($225.00) PER
MONTH THEREFOR, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE$IN (ANFLICT THEREWITH AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE RJCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1." There is hereby, .ermted-the- posttioh et-°
Superintendent of Public Works, said Superintendent of Public Works
to receive the salary of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($225.00)
per month. f }
Section 29 The person to fill the position created by
Section 1 of this ordinance shall be chosen by the Civil Service
Commission in the manner provided by law.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect as of April 10 1941.
