AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
MIDDLE 50 FEET OF LOT 2, AIKEN'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 7,
CENTENNIAL ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5+20; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE-CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, -ARKANSAS: ,.g
SECTION 1. That property at 1215 Schiller Avenue
known as the Middle 50 feet of Lot 2, Aiken's Subdivision of
Block 7, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as Two - family "C"
District property, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby re -zoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in the Apartment "D" District under the
terns of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the re- classification and re- zoning of said
Middle 50 feet of Lot 2, Aiken's Subdivision of Block 7,
Centennial Addition as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
Apartment "D" District.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined at a
public hearing held on March 31st, 1941 and it is hereby
declared that all the pre-requisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith,
and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and.
after its passage and approval.
