An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of L tale' look., Arkansas, to provide for the rezoning and reclassification of the
South 100 feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block 295, Original. City of Little Rock, and for
other purposes.

SECTION 1. That property kaomn as the South 100 feet of Lots 7 and
8, Block 295, Original City of Little Reck, Arkansas, heretofore classified and
zoned as a "D* Apartment District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5,420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same is hereby declared to be "G"
Commercial District, as defined wader said Zoning Ordinance#.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the plat exhibited with and
referred to therein and made apart thereof are hereby amended and are hereby
made to show that the South 100 feet of Lots 7 and '139 Block 295, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is a "G" Co ercial District.. and Section 14 of Ordinance
No. 5420 in so far as it applies to said property is amended so as to slimi{tate tl „
regiire"ntm of side, front and rear yards.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined at a public hearing held
on lurch \tl't 19419 that the aforementioned property should be rezoned as above
describedp and it is hereby declared that all of the prerequisites to the passage
of *hie ordinance have been complied with.
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby- repealed.
SECTION 5. It appearing to the Council that it is to the best interest
of the Public as a whole that this reclassification and rezoning take effect insediately
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be la fau fM
