6156AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN
HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($1540.00) IN PAYMENT OF
ARCHITECTtS FEES DUE JOHN A RAUCH, ARCHITECT
FOR SERVICES PERFORMED IN THE DRAFTING OF THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is indebted to John A.
Rauch for the work done in the drafting of-the plans and speci-
fications for the Administration Building, Municipal Airport,
Little Rock, Arkansas, in the sum of Fifteen Hundred Forty
Dollars (*1540.00); and
WHEREAS, the said plans and specifications for said
Administration Building have been turned over to the City of
Little Rock;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
Little Rock:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Airport
Bond Fund of the City of Little Rock, the sum of Fifteen Hundred
Forty Dollars ($1540.00) in payment of services rendered to date
on plans and specifications for the Administration Building,
Municipal Airport, not otherwise appropriated, and the same shall
be paid to John A. Rauch upon presentation of this bill therefor.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
