AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF APPROXIMATELY
TWO THOUSAND POUNDS OF STEEL STRAW FOR THE STREET SWEEPER
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids for and make purchase of
two thousand pounds of steel straw for the street sweeper
owned by the City of Little Rock, said straw to cost $11.79
per cwt.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the passage and approval of this
ordinance.
