AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF REQUISITION CLERK UNDER
THE SUPERVISION OF THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS, PRO -
QIDING THE SALARY OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) PER MONTH
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION L. There is hereby created the position of
Requisition Clerk under the supervision of the Mayor and Board
of Public Affairs, said Requisition Clerk to receive the salary
of One hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month.
SECTION Z. The person to fill the position created
by Section 1 of this ordinance shall be chosen in the manner
;* provided by law under Civil Service.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect as of April 1, 1941.
