MONTHLY S"RY OY TBE MEAT INSPECTOR
OF THE CITY OIP LITTLE ROOK; AND PRO#.
VIDING TEK aOXMM OF SAID &LLARY FROM
MELT INSPECTION, MS.
BE IT ORDAINEED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK9 ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That, from and after April 1, 1941t the
salary of the Meet Inspector of the City of Little Rock shall
be the sum of One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($175.00) per
month,
Section II. That said salary of the Meat Inspector
of the City of Little Rock shall be paid exclusively out of
the funds collected from the meat inspection fees,
Section III* That all ordinances and parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
Section IV. This ordinance being necessary for the
peace, health and safety of the people of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, &nd
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after April 1. 1941.
