AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE.NO. 643 AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 1363 SO AS TO PERMIT TARGET SHOOTING
FOR HIRE WITH FIREARMS ON LICENSED TARGET RANGES WITH-
IN DEFINED AREAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
B8 IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. TarXet shooting for hire with firearms
on licensed target ranges on Sundays, as well as on the
other days of the week, is hereby permitted in Fair
Park and in the following districts A district bounded
on the South by Twelfth Street, bounded on the East by
Scott Street, bounded on the North by the Arkansas
River, bounded on the best by Arch Street.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 643 and Ordinance No.
1363 are hereby amended to allow target shooting for
hire with firearms on licensed target ranges on Sundays
and other days of `the week within the districts set out
in Section 1 of this ordinance.
' Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
