AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS, AND MAKE A CONTRACT, TO PRINT THE
ANNUAL REPORT OF THE MAYOR AND OF THE HEADS OF THE DEPART-
MENTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for bids, and make a contract, for
the printing of the biennial report of the Mayor and of the
heads of the departments of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
for the period from April 14, 1939,to, and including, April 7,
1941, at a cost not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
Section 2• This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
