AV ORDINANSE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
PURCHASE A ONE AND ONE HALF TON DUMP TRUCK TO MUSED AT
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, PROVIDING THAT THE
PURCHASE AUTHORIZED HEREBY SHALL BE MADE OUT OF THE PROCEEDS
OF THE AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUAICIL OF LITTLE ROCK,, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authaldaed

Section 2. The purchase authorized-by Section One of this
Ordinance shall be made out of the proceeds of the Airport
Construction Fund, and. tl-, a Mapprr and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the warrant of the City Of Little Rock,
Arkansas drawn on said fund for said purpose.
Section This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and gpproval.
