AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUS'! OF THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE PAYMENT OF SAID AMOUNT TO M. M. WHITE IN FULL RELEASE
AND SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY HIM IN
A CERTAIN ACCIDENT WHILE IN THE EMPLOY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The sum of three hundred dollars ($500.00) is
hereby appropriated out of the general funds of the City of
Little Rock to be paid to M. M. White in full payment and settle-
ment and release of any and all claims which he may have against
the City by reason of any injury or injuries suffered by him
in an accident while in the employ of the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The sum of money appropriated by Section 1 of
this ordinance shall be paid to the said IA. M. White when and
after he has executed a proper instrument of release to the City
for all injuries suffered by him, and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized to issue the warrant of the City in said
amount for said purposes.
