6201i ORDINANCE NO. 6201 AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND PAR- CELS OF LAND WITHIN ANNEX NO. 1 to STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 533 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property owners ovAng property adjoining the locality to be affected and sit- uated in Annex No. 1 to Street Improvement District No. 533 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving West 22nd Street as therein set out have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said im- provement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said annex to said district according to the benefits received; and, WHXAS, said benefits received by each and every lot, block, and parcel of real property situated in said annex to said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is 11,900.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; Section 1. That said several lots, blocks and parcels of real property in said Annex No. 1 to Street Improvement Dis- triet No. 533 of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, be assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement district annex as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk, and that twenty per centum (20 %) of the assessment of benefits on each of said lots, blocks and parcels of real estate shall be paid annually on or before the lst day of June, of each year, beginning with June lst, 1941, until the whole of the said local assessment of benefits shall be paid. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herein are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
