AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE
BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY EACH OF THE
LOTS IN STREET DCPROVEMT DISTRICT NO.
$'-'S S' OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCS, ARKANSAS.
WHIMM, a majority of more than tkwo- thirds in
value of the property holders owning property adjoining the
locality to be affected and situated in Street Improvement
District No. of the City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, organized for the purpose of improving certain streets
as herein set out have petitioned the Council of the City of
Little Rock, for the construction of said improvement, and
that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real prop-
erty of said district according to the benefits received;
and,
WHEREAS, said benefits to be received by each and
every lot of real property situated in said district equals
or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and

WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
THEREFORE, IT IS NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The said several lots or real property
in said district be assessed according to the assessment list
for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk, and that per centum "40%)
of the assessment on each of said lots shall be paid annually
on or before the _day of c of each year, be-
ginning with c, Sr� , 194, until the whole of
said local assessment of benefits shall be paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and the or-
dinance shall be in force and effect from and after its pas-
sage.
