AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR, AND MAKE A CONTRACT FOR, THE
RE- ROOFING OF THE OLD "MERCHANT'S BUILDING" IN FAIR PARK,
AND FOR THE REPLACING OF WINDOWS WHERE NEEDED IN SAID
BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Sbotion 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and requested to advertise for bids For, and
make a contract for, the re- roofing of the building in
Fair Park known as the old "Merchant's Building ", and for
the replacing of windows where needed in said. building.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in Pull force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
