LITTLE ROCK,,ARKANSASi Al2NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER.,
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. V_pro erty known
Two Hundred Sixteen (216), of the Origina:
Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned
CIT'I' OF LITTLE ROCK,
as Lot Twelve (12)1 Blovak
L City of Little Rock,
as Residential "C" District
property, under the -terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
re -zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
the Multiple Family - welling "D (2)" District, under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and re- zoning of said Lot Twelve (12),
Block Two Hundred Sixteen (216), of the Original City of Little
" Roek, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to_
be hereafter known and classified as being in the Multiple Family
Dwelling "D (2)" District.
SECTION 3. That the Council has determined at a public
hearing held on Tune 2, 1941 and it is hereby declared that all
the pre- requisites to the passage of this ordinance have been
complied with in connection herewith, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
