AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTIZE FOR BIDS FOR AN HAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE RENTAL OF
AN ASPHALT PLANT COMPLETF/TO FURNISH TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AR' ANSAS THE ASPHALT NEEDED BY IT DURING TuE PERIOD ENDING
DECEMBER 51, 1941, REPELAING ALL ORDINANCES IN CC`NFLICT: AND
DOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1: The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
to advertize for bids for and make a contract for the rental
of an asphalt plant complete to furnish to the city of Little
Rock, Arkansas tie asphalt needed by said City during the
period ending December 31, 1941.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repelaed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
